This page covers headcount.zetesis.dev, the website. Zetesis Headcount is a service of Zetesis, run by Yuvi Co. LLC.
The contact form
The form asks for your name, your email address and the jobs you want to hand off. It also asks which plan you're leaning toward, which is optional. We use your answers to reply and arrange a setup call.
When you press Send, your answers go to a small program Zetesis runs on Cloudflare at this address. It checks the bot challenge, then passes your message to Formspree, which emails it to Yuvi. Your browser never contacts Formspree directly.
Formspree also keeps a copy in Yuvi's Formspree account.
We keep messages for as long as the conversation is useful. Ask, and we'll delete yours, both the email and the Formspree copy.
The bot check
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from bots. To score the check, Cloudflare receives signals about how the page was used. It also receives your IP address, which is your connection's address online.
Floods and double sends
So the form can't be flooded, the program counts how often each connection uses the form. It does this with a code made from your IP address, not the address itself.
Each message also gets a random ID from the page, and the program makes a second code from the message. That lets it tell a resend of the same message from a changed one, so pressing Send twice delivers it once. Both codes are made with a secret key the program holds. Neither one contains your address or your message.
Cloudflare holds the two codes, the ID, the time and whether the message was delivered for 24 hours. They're deleted within the hour after that. Your message itself is never stored there.
The program's logs record what happened to each send. They never record the message or your IP address.
Hosting
GitHub Pages stores and serves the pages of this site. Cloudflare sits in front of it and runs the form's program. Both receive your IP address and which page you asked for, as any web server does.
Fonts
Each page loads its typefaces from Fontshare and Google Fonts. Your browser contacts them directly, so they see your IP address.
What this site doesn't do
There is no analytics, no tracking pixel and no advertising. We don't sell or share anything beyond what this page describes. The site sets no cookies of its own and saves nothing in your browser. Cloudflare's bot check and network may set a cookie they need to tell people from bots.
Headcount itself
This page covers the website only. Once we set Headcount up for your business, your agents' work passes through other services. "What it runs on" on the home page lists them.
Removing your data
Email [email protected] and we'll delete your message and your email address, from Yuvi's inbox and from Formspree.
